Sabbath reunite again

Black Sabbath, the classic Ozzy-led line-up is back with tours planned and a new album scheduled for next year. Supposedly new material has been in the works since June too, with Tony Iommi adding: “We’re really looking forward to it and I think the stuff we’ve been writing is really good. It’s more back to the old original stuff.’’

However there are still concerns over the health of drummer Bill Ward who suffers from a heart condition – “He hasn’t been 100 per cent. He had an operation a few months ago, so we’ll see how he is.”

This will be Sabbath’s first time back together, with this line-up, since 2005, and should this new album emerge as promised, it will be their first record together since 1978. More details are still to be heard.

Tony Iommi revealed more in an interview with the Birmingham Mail HERE.
